About Adri

Hi and welcome! My name is Adriana, you can call me Adri, and I am so happy that you're here!

I want you to realize how fucking rad you are and for you to experience the empowerment (and fun) that comes from loving yourself. Self-compassion is a large part of my coaching practice and ethos.

I'm a relationship and sex coach, artist, and hobby hula hooper. I'm multi-passionate and I love helping people become who they want to be, who they are at their core. I'm an intuitive and empathetic listener and fierce accountability partner. I’m adept at recognizing unique gifts in people and creating a safe container.

I work with people that want to love themselves more, improve their relationships, and embody their erotic selves. My role is to help you listen to (and unleash) your inner badass. Personal growth isn’t always easy, but it’s well worth it.

Coaching isn’t a replacement for therapy, but it can have a profound effect on your life. Over the last five years, I’ve learned to love who I am in the present, have compassion for my past self, and I’m more relaxed about the future. Being coached and learning coaching practices helped me overcome body dysmorphia (see more info here). It also helped me overcome deep-seated impostor syndrome issues that plagued my dating life. I was also able to release a lot of shame that I carried around sex for over a decade.

I’ve had such beautiful experiences and I want to pay it forward by helping you increase your self-compassion, your ability to foster healthier relationships, tap into your pleasure, and embody (and love) your erotic being.
