Who is self-love coaching for?

Short answer, most people. We all have aspects of ourselves that we grapple with or may feel down about. As you increase your self-love, you increase your level of self-compassion too. When you love yourself and feel confident, you can increase your sense of calm, embody that you are good enough, and improve your relationships.

What is a Discovery Session?

In a discovery session, you'll experience a sample of coaching, gain insight, and refresh your perspective. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask me questions about coaching. The way that I coach may be different than you're used to seeing in media. There are no pushy goals that you don't want or chastising. There are no strings attached to this discovery session.
